	Terms Agreements must be in writing (includes email) prior to the commencement of the project. The agreement must include a full description of services required, house style (if appropriate), deadline and fee payable. Large projects may be payable in instalments, this is to be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of the project. Postage and packaging costs will be in addition to the hourly/project rate. Businesses An invoice will be sent to you on completion of the project. Full payment to be made within 30 days of submission of an invoice. Individuals An invoice for 30% of the estimated final cost to be paid prior to the commencement of the project. An invoice for the remainder of the fee will be sent to you on completion of the project. The remainder of the payment to be made on receipt of the final invoice.
